Area Co-ordinators
To see Redeeming Our Communities grow to its full potential across the country, we are looking for volunteers to become Area Co-ordinators, acting as a local point of contact for Redeeming Our Communities, the Police and local Churches.
We have already recruited over 20 co-ordinators from different parts of the country and we are looking to mirror the Neighbourhood Policing structure to cover all areas of the UK.

Role of an Area Co-ordinator
An Area Co-ordinator’s role will vary dependent on the individual but there are some general things that we would ask you to do.
- Promote Redeeming Our Communities to networks of churches and church leaders.
- Support churches and networks in promoting and developing vision for prayer and policing in partnership.
- Form and develop relationships with key police officers and Christian Police Association members in your local area.
- Provide information to City Links regarding activity, problems and successes in the area to inform the development of National Redeeming Our Communities priorities and activities, as well as plan engagement in specific areas.
Requirements for an Area Co-ordinator
To fulfil this role we are looking for people that fit the following requirements.
- Shares the Redeeming Our Communities vision and values.
- Is happy to work with, and be accountable to, the Redeeming Our Communities network, under the direction of Debra Green.
- Is already recognised as a leader in this area by others in their region.
- Has excellent communication and networking skills and is pro-active.
- Is able to commit to giving regular time to Redeeming Our Communities in a volunteer capacity.
