Redeeming Our Communities Training Conference

Friday November 6th- Saturday November 7th

Staverton Park DeVere Hotel in Daventry, Northants, NN11 6JT.

Redeeming Our Communities was launched nationally in 2006 with over 7,000 attending the event at the NEC in Birmingham. Since then many initiatives have started in towns and cities across the UK. We have also recently launched a strategy to work strategically with ten cities and counties, examples of this have been our big launch events in Liverpool and Manchester attended by over 6,000 people.

Networking 7Our experience of linking churches with the police and local government has been a proven method of bringing crime reduction and community transformation. Now we sense the time is right to host a conference in order to provide inspiration, teaching and practical training based on our experience.

This conference is ideally aimed at those who have become or are considering becoming Area Co-ordinators, also for those who want to gain help and encouragement in community based  projects or working with secular authorities.

Speakers will include:

  • Jane Holloway; World Prayer Centre and part of the leadership team of Hope 08
  • Peter Owens; Merseyside Police and recently appointed Partnership Development Manager with City Links and Redeeming Our Communities
  • Mike Royal; The Lighthouse Group
  • Debra Green; Director of City Links.
The conference takes place from 5pm on Friday 6th November to 6pm Saturday 7th November 2009.
