    janeJane Holloway:

    Since May 2005, Jane Holloway has been ‘National Prayer Director’ based out of the World Prayer Centre in Birmingham. For the previous nine years, she worked as Prayer and Evangelism Co-ordinator for Evangelical Alliance UK. Jane is passionate about helping the church rediscover the centrality of prayer in its life and mission. Her job enables her to teach, write, mobilise and network in prayer across the British Isles, Ireland, Europe, and beyond. She is also the UK Co-ordinator for the Global Day of Prayer vision and on the National Leadership Team for Hope 2008.

    Lynn is originally from Pietermaritzburg, Kwa-Zulu Natal, South Africa. She was based in Southampton for 18 years and had the privilege of being a part of the leadership team and overseeing the worship department at New Community Church , she is now based up in Manchester and is on the staff of Ivy Cottage church. Lynn travels extensively and is used in training and equipping in churches as well as speaking and leading worship at various conferences around the United Kingdom and in many parts of Europe, Africa, Asia and the USA.

    Karen is married to Mark; they live with their 4 children in Llanelli
    South Wales where she is the senior leader of Antioch Church. Karen is the author of Carriers of the Fire, a book about the women of the Welsh revival. She has a passion for Gods presence and the poor and is developing with others a mission movement with its roots in the Christian Celtic tradition. She is also an artist, a writer and likes having fun!

    lucysmithLucy Smith:

    Lucy Smith, originally from Birmingham, has been working with The Message Trust in Manchester since 2003. Originally part of the girl band Blushuk, Lucy is an experienced evangelist and gifted speaker. She has now taken on the role as Eden Team Leader in Harpurhey, living incarnationally in one of the toughest estate in Manchester. Lucy and her team believe that God is the answer to the toughest issues facing their community and they’re seeing God is breaking through and restoring their community. Lucy, and her husband Andy Smith, are passionate to see young people becoming Christians; being trained up, equipped and released into their calling.

    Julie is the co-founder of World Harvest Bible Church in Salford along with her husband Matt. They have 3 children and a huge vision to see the church working into all the nations to fulfil the Great Commission.

    Debra Green:


    Debra is the Director of City Links, a charity formed in 2003 to promote unity, prayer and action between cities. She is on the pastoral staff team of Ivy Cottage Church, in Didsbury. She is married to Frank and they have 4 children aged 14 - 25. She is a pioneer of prayer and prophetic ministries, and has travelled widely in the UK and abroad, teaching about prayer and outreach for cities.

    Seminar 7: Women in leadership; credible role models.

    Help, I have a leadership gift but I don’t know what to do with it! How can women ever develop leadership experience without credible role models? We will look at some examples of women who have pioneered a way forward. From the experience of real women who are leaders today, as well as women from history who have paved the way for us, we will examine how leadership is not only possible but fulfilling and fruitful.

    Session 4: Deborah Arise – a fresh anointing for women.
